The PerfectSession Website is a service provided by GPSports Systems for the following purposes:

a) Logging of training performance,

b) enabling Customers to review historical data, generate training prorams and join training squads.

By accessing or otherwise using the PerfectSession Website you agree to be bound by these conditions of use and you acknowledge that GPSports provides the PerfectSession Website to you on these conditions of use. GPSports is entitled at its sole discretion to change, modify, amend, add or remove any part of these conditions of use and to change, amend or delete any features of the PerfectSession Website at any time without notice. Your continued use of the PerfectSession Website after this time constitutes an agreement by you to abide by and be bound by these conditions of use, as so amended.

Intellectual Property Protection

GPSports owns all intellectual property in the PerfectSession Website, unless indicated otherwise. Subject to these conditions of use, GPSports grants to you a non-exclusive and non transferable limited licence to do the following:

a) Upload, view and download information directly accessible through the PerfectSession Website.

b) Use information directly accessible through the PerfectSession Website.

You agree that, subject to your use of the PerfectSession Website in accordance with the limited licence granted to you, you will not infringe GPSports's intellectual property in the PerfectSession Website and will not modify, copy, republish, frame, distribute or communicate any part of the PerfectSession Website or any information contained therein or otherwise use them in a way which will infringe GPSports's intellectual property or other property rights.

GPSports does not warrant that the information contained in or accessible through the PerfectSession Website is accurate, suitable for your purposes or without errors, omissions or viruses nor does GPSports guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the PerfectSession Website. You acknowledge that access and use of the PerfectSession Website (including the software operating in connection with the PerfectSession Website) may be interfered with by numerous factors outside of GPSports's control. GPSports does not warrant the accuracy of any advice, opinion, statement, representation or other information displayed on or accessible through the PerfectSession Website. Subject to the provisions of the Trade Practices Act 1974, GPSports makes no representations or warranties in respect of the information and materials available on the PerfectSession Website or the means of accessing that information and material (including the software operating in connection with the PerfectSession Website).

GPSports makes no warranty or representation and accepts no responsibility for any websites operated or controlled by entities other than GPSports which are or may become linked or framed to or from the PerfectSession Website.

Privacy

PerfectSession does not intend to transfer Personal Information without your consent to third parties who are not bound to act on PerfectSession's behalf unless such transfer is legally required. Similarly, it is against PerfectSession's policy to sell Personal Information collected online without consent.
