A Tour of PerfectSession

1. Set your goals

Enter your goals into PerfectSession and every time you log in we'll show you a graph of your progress.

Whether its being able to run your favourite course in less than an hour or riding your bike as fast as Lance Armstrong we can help let you know how you are going.


2. Plan your training

If you have a set of regular training activities that you do each week then enter those into PerfectSession and we'll send you SMS or email reminders so you don't miss them. We'll even prompt you after training to enter your results.

Ad-hoc training sessions that you want to track can also be entered into PerfectSession. We can also remind you and prompt you to enter the results.

(Planned sessions can only added by athletes with premium subscriptions).


3. Train

This is the bit where you run, ride, ski, jump, fight, push, pull, swim, paddle, row, lift, sail, throw, sit, etc.










4. Enter your results

After you've finished training log onto PerfectSession and tell us how you went. We'll update your statistics.

If you've asked PerfectSession to prompt you to enter the results of the your training session, then we'll send you an email the next morning. If you like you can reply to the email with the session information and we'll add it to your training history. All without needing to go near a web browser.

The easiest way to get data into PerfectSession is if you have a sports logging device. Simply upload the file from your device and we'll add it to your training records.

5. Review the analysis

Graph your performance over time. Are you improving? Are you doing more (or less) training thany our coach asked you to do? Have you settled into a rut? You can work out all of this and more using PerfectSession's analysis tools.

If you are a member of a squad then your coach (or fellow squad members) can review your performance and give you advice.

6. Adjust your plans

Use your new-found knowledge of your performance to tweak your upcoming training so you can achieve you goals. PerfectSession makes it easy to adjust planned training sessions and to add more.
